Lava Match Hub (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is operated by Lava Prints DMCC, Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights. Questions: info@lavaprints.com.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your phone number (used to sign you in via a one-time code) and your display name. If you sign in by email instead, we collect your email address. Passwords are never stored in readable form — they are cryptographically hashed.
Events and activity. When you use the Hangout feature we collect the events you create, the events you RSVP to, the team you support, and whether you attend as a Fan or VIP Fan.
Location (optional). If you use the “Nearby” feature we access your device’s approximate location to sort nearby events by distance. This is optional; the app works without it, and we do not track or store your continuous location.
Purchase information. If you buy merchandise through the app, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase to issue any associated benefit (such as a drink voucher).
Device and push information. To deliver notifications you enable (match reminders, goals, results) we use Firebase Cloud Messaging, which collects a device registration token and a Firebase installation identifier, used solely to deliver those notifications.
To create and secure your account and sign you in; to operate the Hangout events feature; to sort nearby events by distance (if you enable location); to process merchandise purchases and issue associated benefits; to send notifications you have enabled; and to operate, maintain, and improve the app.
We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the app: Twilio (to send your one-time login code — receives your phone number); Stripe (to process merchandise payments — receives payment details you enter at checkout); and Google/Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications — receives your device push token). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics profiling.
We retain your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, either in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by requesting deletion at lavamatchhub.com/delete-account or emailing info@lavaprints.com. On deletion we remove your account, your RSVPs, and your personal identifiers. Events you created that others have joined may be retained with your identity removed, so other attendees are not affected. Completed purchases may be retained as required for financial and legal records.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We protect your data using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage. Access tokens are stored in your device’s secure storage.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact info@lavaprints.com to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
