This page explains how to permanently delete your Lava Match Hub account and exactly what happens to your data. Deletion is irreversible.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Lava Match Hub and make sure you're signed in.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm your identity (re-enter your password, or the code we text you).
Confirm deletion. Your account and personal data are removed right away and you're signed out.

Can't use the app? Request deletion by email

Email us from the address or phone-linked account you want deleted, and we'll process it:

Include the email or phone number on the account so we can verify it's you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted vs. kept

DELETED permanently removed:

Your profile (name, email, phone) and all sign-in sessions
Your RSVPs, prediction-game entries and rewards
Your notification settings and push tokens
Your drink vouchers — including any unredeemed ones. Redeem them before deleting, as they can't be recovered.

ANONYMIZED kept, but no longer linked to you:

Watch-parties you created and that are live stay published so the fans who joined aren't stranded — but they're reassigned to "Former host" with your identity removed.
Watch-parties still pending review are deleted outright.
Any event reports you filed are kept for safety/moderation, with your identity removed.
